To apply for any of our parks, we will need the following documents submitted to our office:

  • A completed rental application (per adult that will be residing at the property, also for a co-signer if necessary).

  • A $35.00 non-refundable processing fee for all applicants 18 years of age or older (also $35 for a co-signer if necessary).  Money Orders or Cahier's Check only, no checks, credit cards, or cash can be accepted.

  • Two (2) forms of identification are required i.e.: valid photo id/driver license AND either a social security card, birth certificate, or passport.

  • Proof of income. Acceptable documents include: a copy of pay stubs, a copy of bank statement showing employment deposits, or a copy of W-2 (this is acceptable but not preferred because it is not as current as pay stubs or bank statements).Other verification of other income:

    • Proof of Cash Aid or Welfare Assistance

    • SSI or SSA Verification

Failure to produce documentation can cause your application to be rejected. If we determine further documentation is needed, we will contact you.

SMOKING / MARIJUANA / DRUG POLICY 

FOR ALL PROPERTIES MANAGED BY 

COUNTRY AIR PROPERTIES

  • There will be NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house.                                                         

  • There will be no illegal growing, possession, or processing of any State or Federal prohibited plants, animals, or illegal drugs/narcotics, or parts thereof, including, but not limited to, Marijuana (Cannabis) on the property.                                                                                        

  • The Federal Controlled Substance Act makes the manufacture, distribution, or possession of marijuana a criminal offense.  Federal authorities regularly arrest violators of Federal drug laws. In some cases, landlords who are aware their property was being used for illegal purposes have had their properties and / or assets seized.

  • Landlord and Tenant are advised to seek their own legal advice prior to entering any agreement that allows for potential illegal activity on the property.                                                      

  • Broker shall be held harmless for any adverse situations that may develop due to violations of law regarding Marijuana (Cannabis) or any other illegal drug that may be used, grown, possessed, distributed, or made on the property.                                          

  • Tenant and Landlord are advised that Broker/Agent/Manager shall report to law enforcement any evidence of criminal activity being committed on or about the property that they become aware of.      

  • All costs of residue clean-up from smoking or manufacturing of illegal substances on property shall be assessed to the tenant, including but not limited to cleaning of carpets, curtains, cleaning/painting walls, filters, etc.
